Training

Puppy Structure Training

Puppies need structure in their daily lives in order to thrive. This involves having set times for their meals and rest. Just like a baby needs adequate amount of sleep each day, puppies need quiet time. Potty training and crate training is also included in these sessions. Establishing a routine will ensure your puppy is going to grow into a happy and healthy canine.

Basic Obedience Training

Having a well behaved dog takes time, patience and some training. A dog isn’t born obedient, it is taught to be obedient. This simple, yet effective training includes six sessions of teaching your dog how to listen to basic commands. Your dog will learn how to sit, stay, come, walk on the leash and necessary footwork.

Intermediate Obedience Training

It is the dog owner’s responsibility to make sure their dog listens to their commands and not running amuck where ever they go. Whether you’re going for a stroll in your neighborhood or going to the beach, it is important not only for your safety, but the safety of others, dogs and people, that your dog is on their best behavior. These sessions involves more complex scenarios and busier settings, that will be challenging for your dog and require focus.

Service Dog Training

People require a service dog for various health reasons. A service animal is not the same as an emotional support animal. The most common service dog that most people are familiar with, are for people who are blind or visually impaired. Service dogs can also assist those with an abnormal gait, such as weakness or balance issues. Some service animals are trained to alert others when their owner has low blood sugar or is about to have a seizure. This type of training requires more specialized sessions that is specific to an individual’s needs.

Agility & Obstacle Course Training

Dobermans are bred for their size, strength, agility, stamina and intelligence. That’s why Dobermans are the perfect working dog. In order to keep your dog in the best physical and mental health, it’s important for them to “work,” regularly. Just like athletes have to do cardio and weight training, dogs, should go for walks and hikes with their owners. Agility and obstacle course training takes your dog’s physical training to the next level. They are pushed to do more than they normally would, as they build muscle and endurance along the process.

Personal Protection Dog Training

Having a Doberman at home is a great deterrent for unwanted guests. But, when push comes to shove, does your dog know what to do when that threat becomes reality? Just like having a fire drill in case of an actual fire, it’s important to have the proper training for those scenarios as well. These sessions will equip your dog with the skills they need, in case a threat does arise.
